Lara provides in-person consultations for women in Adelaide (Rose Park) and also in the Adelaide Hills (Mount Barker and Stirling). Virtual appointment are also available to those who live locally, in Australia or abroad.
She has extensive experience in the areas of fertility health, couple fertility, IVF nutrition, pregnancy and postnatal nutrition, Gestational Diabetes, PCOS (PMOS), endometriosis, pelvic pain, secondary amenorrhea, weight concerns, digestive health, gastrointestinal conditions (e.g. IBS), POTS, peri-menopause and menopause.
Lara’s approach when working with clients is of a non-diet nature, holistic, caring and personal. Lara does not provide meal plans nor does she encourage any food restriction or diets, rather she helps clients to focus on nourishing themselves with wholesome fresh food in a way that is sustainable, enjoyable, and promotes optimal health and wellbeing.

Individual Consultations:
Initial Consultation (60 mins) : $275
(This includes outside of session time where Lara develops a personalised guide of recommendations plus meals and snacks, recipes may also be included. Email support is included)
Review Consultation Short (30mins): $135
Review Consultation Long (45 mins): $195
Review Consultation Extensive (60mins): $235

Rebates:
Private Health and Medicare rebates are available for in-person and virtual (telehealth) consults. Upfront payment is required for all virtual appointments and rebates are processed within a few business days. With in-person appointments, rebates are processed at time of payment.
